I didn't receive an order form at school, how do I get one?

Can I get hire goods delivered direct to my house instead of the school?All hire goods will be despatched in bulk direct to the school, we are unable to deliver hire goods to a home address. Once the hire items arrive at the school, they will be distributed to the pupils. |
Can I request a shorter/longer leg length in the hire pants?Unfortunately leg length is dependent on the waist size of the hire pant, we do not stock ski pants with longer or shorter leg lengths for hire. |
The hire clothes I have ordered don't fit, what should I do?If you order a hire item and find that the item is too big or too small, please contact your ski party leader who will then get in touch with us. Please do not contact us directly regarding this matter. Your ski party leader will then arrange for us to send you an alternative size. |
I'd like to place an order on your website, how much is postage?Postage via the website is £2.99 for purchased goods, this is a single charge for your whole order. If you place an order for hire goods, postage is free, however please note that hire goods will be despatched in bulk to the school and not direct to your home. |

I've got too many items in my shopping cart! How can I amend the quantity of items?It's very quick and simple to edit the contents of your shopping cart, simply click 'view cart' which can be found at the top of the right column. This will display the contents of your shopping cart. If you wish to reduce a quantity, perhaps you accidentally added 2 items instead of 1, simply change the number in the quantity box to the desired amount and click the 'update' button. |
I want to remove some items from my shopping cart, how do I do that?It's very quick and simple to edit the contents of your shopping cart, simply click 'view cart' which can be found at the top of the right column. To remove items from the cart, simple check the 'remove' box next to the item(s) you wish to remove and then click the 'update' button underneath. |
