I've got too many items in my shopping cart! How can I amend the quantity of items?It's very quick and simple to edit the contents of your shopping cart, simply click 'view cart' which can be found at the top of the right column. This will display the contents of your shopping cart. If you wish to reduce a quantity, perhaps you accidentally added 2 items instead of 1, simply change the number in the quantity box to the desired amount and click the 'update' button. | |

Why have I been debited for an item that I haven't receieved yet?Due to the nature of our payment service, HSBC Secure Epayments, full payment has to be debited for orders, even if some lines are not in stock at present. These items will be despatched to you as soon as we receieve the expected delivery. If for any reason the item(s) can not be despatched at a later date, credit will be applied through HSBC. | |

If I want to return an item, who pays the postage?We do not have pre-paid return labels, return postage for an exchange or refund is the customers responsibilty. However, exchanged goods are despatched without any futher postal charges. |
