Terms and Conditions

1) The sample packs loaned out for parents evenings must be ready to be collected no later than one month after they have been received.
2) Students must return hire goods to the ski party leader within the first five days back at school after the trip.
3) The party leader must have all hired items packaged and ready for collection no later than nine days after returning from the trip.
4) Your party leader will contact us and we will arrange for goods to be collected from the school.
5) Hire garments that are not returned in the stated times or returned damaged will automatically be charged the retail cost of the garment.
6) All communication with us should be through your party leader.

Your group leader should have provided the catalogue and order form required to place an order, if not you can use the steps below

1) Select the items you would like to order from the website.
2) Download the order form (right).
3) Enter each item including codes & sizes onto the order form.
4) Give the form and payment* to your group leader.

* We accept cheque, postal order or credit/debit card. We DO NOT require a cash deposit but we DO REQUIRE SECURITY in the in the form of a credit/debit card number with cardholders signature.
